It would be really helpful if notes would populate when you hover over the appointment (perhaps there could be a character count limit for the notes to avoid too large of alert boxes populating)?...
May we request you to add additional alert asking for the permission of deleting the notes as it have been accidentally press which the whole reservation notes is important for the team to know more...
