Hi there! It would be really helpful if we could build each provider profile with two names: one for internal use, and one for external for the OBE. Our therapists did not want their last names available for viewing on the OBE, which means I needed to delete them from their 'Resource Name'. It would be super helpful for internal use if we could still have their last names show - this is especially helpful for duo therapists that work multiple departments based on the day of the week - I'd want this to show internally but not externally - for example: Heather (LMT), Heather LMT/Aest), Heather (Aest). Does that make sense? Thanks!
