I think it would be helpful if when writing a note you could click something to make it smaller (so it doesn't cover the entire screen) and able to move its location on screen. That way you can look at the appointment book screen while writing your note.

Appreciate the suggestion! We agree that being able to resize and move notes would make it much easier to reference the appointment book while writing. We’ll be redesigning the Notes experience in the near future and will be keeping this feedback in mind as part of that work.
