Once in a while a guest will request to prepay for a service later in the day before the time of appointment. For example, one person wants to pay for another person's appointment which is much later in the day. In that case, you have to check-in guest and then open POS and pay. Then when the appointment times rolls around there is no way by looking at the system to know if the guest has arrived or not, as it will show the appointment has already been checked-in and paid. I wish there was some way to differentiate, such as a "check-in to pay" or a "checked-in and waiting" or even just an additional way to add an icon so we could look at the appointment and see they have come back.
