I have sent reminder emails to appointments who have already received a couple of emails for the appointment from the appointment book and I noticed that on some of the appointments it suddenly stopped displaying the email icon on the appointment. Not sure why??? Now when someone else glances at the appointment you wouldn't know if an email has already been sent, although it's actually been sent a few times for that appointment.
